Automatic Backorder Allocation Overview

You use the Automatic Backorder Allocation screen to create a new batch of automatic backorder allocations or to load a batch you have previously saved.

To create and maintain automatic backorder allocation batches, you need to complete these steps:

  1. Either:
  1. Enter your selection criteria on the automatic backorder allocation header.

Refer to "Maintaining the Automatic Backorder Allocation Header".

  1. Check and maintain the backorder lines that have been automatically allocated.

  1. Optionally, you can use the EDIT menu options to set the defaults you want Micronet to apply when you are processing an automatic backorder allocation batch.

  1. Manage the completed automatic backorder allocation batch, e.g. print invoices or picking slips for the allocated items.
